At the middle of this year, the Russian service team of ZOOMLION Earthmoving Machinery Company received a technical support demand from Uzbekistan: a ZOOMLION bulldozer in a power plant project had the problem of engine stalling.
As the problem could not be completely solved by remote troubleshooting, ZOOMLION sent service engineers to the construction site. Affected by the epidemic, the engineers arrived at the site after several transits and nucleic acid tests, to ensure the smooth operation of the customer. The customer expressed his heartfelt thanks to ZOOMLION.

According to the customer, ZOOMLION bulldozer is mainly responsible for pushing coal in the power plant project. The engine stalled due to fuel problems. For the limitation of site conditions, the problem cannot be completely solved. They reduced the load of the equipment and continued to use it. At the same time, reducing the load of the equipment would affect the power generation production.

After completing the emergency service task, ZOOMLION engineers continued to carry out the "Service Tour" in Uzbekistan.
